If incorrect information is provided during registration (wrong name, chip number, training, parents and pedigree number) organizers may apply an additional fee 15.00 EUR
If the dog’s registration is revoked after the registration period has expired the organizer is entitled to withhold 25% of the registration fee.
If a participant does not attend the show or their participation is not possible (for example, due to invalid vaccination or not being registered in the LDC), the participation fee is not refunded. If the payment has not been made prior to the exhibition, it must be paid in full (100%). If a participant fails to make the payment, the dog will not be registered for future shows.

When registering a dog in the working class, it is necessary to present additional documents:
– training and HD/ED verification certificate (A,B,C/0,1,2);
– For dogs older than 3.5 years – a breed selection document.
It is the obligation of the show participant to adhere to the LKF ‘Show Participant Code of Ethics’.
